Crazy Crunchy Banana Bread Recipe

This is a simple recipe for banana bread. This is a favorite dessert of mine. It's ready in under an hour and can be a great finish to any meal. As always I recommend that you use Aluminum-free baking powder in any baked goods for health-conscious reasons.

The Ingredients you'll need for this bread recipe are:

1/2 cup of buttermilk
1 cup graham flour
1 cup regular flour (not self-rise!)
1 cup of mashed bananas
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Aluminum-free baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup millet
2 eggs (beaten well)

Directions
Heat the oven to 350°F
Use a 9"x5" loaf pan with waxed paper.

Mix the graham flour, regular flour, aluminum-free baking powder,
baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter and
the brown sugar. Add the beaten eggs and the bananas to the mix and
beat well. Then alternate adding the buttermilk and the dry
ingredients. Beat well after each addition. Finally, stir in the
millet. Pour into pan and bake for about 45 minutes. To check if done
insert a fork and if it comes out clean it is done. Allow to cool and
serve.
